Preparation: Vinification by varietal, selection of grapes, de-stemming and pre fermentation maceration for 24 hours at 10 ° C. Barreling at 25 ° C for 2 weeks in stainless steel 700 liter tank. Agitation by hand.
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Light filtration to avoid altering the natural characteristics of the wine, fine sediment can appear inside the bottom of the bottle.

Fermentación a baja temperatura (16°C) en depósitos de acero inoxidable.
Clarificación y filtración suave para no alterar las características naturales del vino, pudiendo aparecer ligeros sedimentos en el fondo de la botella

Nariz: Buena intensidad, nota fresca, cítrica, floral con notas de manzana verde y melocotón.
Boca: Vino con un paso de boca fresco, con buena acidez, con notas de cítricos, manzana verde, lantana y menta. Final de boca agradable con un postgusto mineral y salino

Color: Rojo cereza intenso con muy buena capa.
Nariz: Buena intensidad y complejidad con aromas a ciruela negra muy madura, fresa escarchada, bien ensamblado con notas dulces de madera, caramelo, moca y toffe.
Boca: Amplio, sabroso, muy fresco con buena acidez. Con taninos profundos que llenan la boca. Final de boca largo y muy agradable.
